Camp Johnson was a location used by the Volk in Crackdown, managed by Viktor Rabotnikov for maintaining control of the Weaponry that flows there.

Camp Johnson is an abandoned Military base used as a storage artillery operation for the Volk, to distribute weapons among its foot soldiers. Located off shore of the Den behind rocky mountains, Camp Johnsons waters are protected byMines that were likely leftovers by the national guard that used to locate here. There are several entrance ways to enter the fortress, most notable of all being the bases old bridge that has been completely destroyed by time the place got taken under control by the Organisation. The insides of the base consists of cylinder shaped towers, viewpoint lookouts on the roof of the walls, and storage containers found scattered in random areas of the location.

The place in Crackdown 2 surprisingly seems to still be active despite it's abandoned like state, which is believed the Fort is being planned to be revamped or possibly knocked down judging by the cranes in the area. The sand like grounds that protruded out of the water, have been notably flooded overtime due to the rise of water in the second games ocean. The place is also one of the many few locations in the game that have been taken as a homes for Freak Lairs, which explains the huge horde of freaks that spawn there at night.
