Cell Foot Soldiers are Cell Soldiers who carry the basic Ingalls XGS in Crackdown 2, They can be a threat for the early Agents.

Cell SMG Soldiers can be found anywhere at the start of the game, They are most common unit Cell uses early on for Hope Springs. They are either found protecting Tactical Locations, Or guarding Absorption Units. However when the Player proceeds later on to Green Bay or their Agent becomes more levelled up, The Foot Soldiers will be replaced by more higher and stronger Units of the Organisation like the Assaulters, and Juggernauts. They will still be used by Cell as Bodyguards or Last Resort of Artillery even though not being so much of a threat like before.
