Cell Snipers are a variant of the Female Cell Soldiers, But carry Bastion SX-1As. They're more of a threatening Cell member for a normal Peacekeeper can encounter and for an Agent too if they are in a group with other Soldiers or more Snipers.

The Sniper units appear mainly at the end of the game in Unity Heights, They carry Snipers that damage and power is of that like an AM Sniper. As a result, They can take out anybody with ease and take out targets from distances if spotted. They can be found at Tactical Locations but mainly base their work at Absorption Units, Due to the Units in Unity Heights being higher because the place is known to being home to what remains of the Skyscrapers and Buildings in the Corridor as it was originally called in Crackdown before defeating the Shai-Gen Corporation.
