Description[]
The first kingpin likely to come into your crosshairs is named Don Domingo Garcia—59 yerres cannon with a mysterious past. Garcia controls a gang known as Los Muertos, or “The Dead.” They use this name to instill fear in the hearts of honest, peace-loving citizens, but it’s time that you made their gang name a lot more literal. Los Muertos are a reckless bunch; they love fast cars, so be on the lookout for gang members who will try to run you down. You’ll find Los Muertos running in small groups on the streets and congregating around their hideouts, where they like to live it up and indulge in any number of activities as depraved as they are illegal. Narcotics, theft, assault, smuggling, you name it. Garcia loves his life of luxury and he will break every law he can to enjoy it. He is typical seen wearing a Hawaiian shirt and has a steel hand. He wears a golden necklace. He has a mustache and is heavily guarded.
Gameplay[]
Don Domingo Garcia is the main leader of Los Muertos. His death will put an end and really hurt the whole organization. This boss stays in his residence on a small island on the western territory of Los Muertos. You can reach it in few ways:
If you haven't already, it's strongly recommended you remove the Kingpin's subordinates first to make this battle much easier.
Approach the island Garcia is on by swimming up to it from either the north or south side, then jump up the rocky cliff to his location (use your mini-map to locate him). With this method, you'll avoid the brunt of Garcia's defences. Look for an open door that leads to Garcia's personal bar, with Garcia playing the role of bartender.
Take care of the few cronies in the room first, then either chuck grenades at Garcia since he can't evade them, or simply march behind the counter and use your melee attacks to defeat him.

Trivia[]
- He has a statue near La Mugre, which will be removed once he has been eliminated.
- Strangely, in Crackdown 2, the statue can be found (though in a badly damaged state) despite it being supposedly taken down as shown in the first game.
