Crackdown.
The Ferris Wheel was an attraction in Funland, and it is possibly the tallest structure in the entirety of Green Bay.
Crackdown[]
The ferris wheel can be climbed by a level 3 or 4 Agent. It also has a Rooftop Race at the ground of the wheel. Some Agility Orbs and Hidden Orbs can be found on the wheel.
Crackdown 2[]
Ten years later, the ferris wheel is now damaged. The top of the attraction is where you can see the damage. And some of the carts have fallen off. A Cell Sniper soldier can be seen on one of the carts in the Tactical Location.
