In Crackdown it is used as a Supply point for the agent to travel, store, and resupply ammo Los Muertos Soldiers will be guarding the area sometimes it is also close to Garcias Villa.
Crackdown 2[]
In Crackdown 2 it is rebuilt as a Shanty Town for Civilians in Green Bay due to the Freaks at Night.
