Generals are higher-ups of the gangs in Crackdown that are in charge of various specific roles in their gangs, and are under their respective kingpin. There are six to each gang.

Los Muertos[]

This gang's Generals answer only to Don Domingo "El Brazo" Garcia.

Juan "El Numero" Martinez Hillside Housing Runs Los Muertos' finances and helps to supply it, along with intelligence.
Jose "Tremendo" Guerra Guerra's Nightclub Runs Los Muertos' drug operation, providing financial backbone.
Rafael "Chuco" Diaz Easy Riders Garage Designs, creates, tests and produces vehicles for the gang.
Rodrigo "Montana" Alvarez Sportiz Sports Complex Provides intense physical training for all Los Muertos.
Ramon "Pistola" Gonzalez The Lighthouse Ramon's obsession with weapons has earnt him the role of creator and supplier of Los Muertos' weapons.
Violetta "Santa Maria" Sanchez El Castillo Apartments In charge of the recruitment of new street thugs.

The Volk[]

This gang's Generals answer only to Vladimir "The Wolf" Golyak.

Natalya "White Fox" Gryzunova Observatory The physical trainer of The Volk. Agency intel suggests that she used to be a freelance thug before joining with The Volk, since it shows her fighting with her kingpin.
Boris "Baron" Mikhailov Docks In charge of transporting illegal immigrants into Pacific City.
Viktor "Curse" Rabotnikov Camp Johnson Runs the development, manufacturing, and trading for The Volk's weapons.
Olga "Meat" Romanova Mason's Quarry Once a prestigious Olympic medallist, she is the explosives expert and supplier for The Volk.

Melissa Fang-Yin Knowledge Bank In charge of the Shai-Gen intelligence operation.
Vitaly Rzeznik Insight Counter Services Security director for the Shai-Gen.
Colonel Axton Cowell Central Point Defence director of the Shai-Gen.
Mrs. Timbol Human Reality Incorporated In charge of the recruitment and intense training of the Shai-Gen. Any rejects are used as target practice for those that make the grade.
