High Stakes Casino was a business building in the First Game. It was Pacific Citys only casino located not far from the Corridors Ocean seas.
Crackdown[]
As the name says, the building is a casino located very close to the exit of the Agency Tunnel. It is a yellow brick material made, medium to large size building that has notable spades and aces on the outside like a casino would as their branding logos.
Crackdown 2[]
In Crackdown 2 the building is in the most devastating state than any building seen in the second game, With all of the buildings original self just destroyed completely and collapsed on itself. It is used as a hideout by Cell for one of the Tactical Locations in the district of Unity Heights, The most notable being a Rocket Launcher Unit located standing on a remaining part of the roof on the building. Once secured by the Agency, The Peacekeeper Assaulters can be note ably found outside the building guarding.
