Kingpins are three crime lords featured in Crackdown that control the three dominant gangs. Don Domingo "El Brazo" Garcia runs Los Muertos, Vladimir "The Wolf" Golyak runs The Volk, and Zuang Lun Wang runs Shai-Gen. They make a profit out of the people of Pacific City. They each have six loyal lieutenants that they have control over.
