The luxury saloon is a 1950's saloon used by the Volk. It's very common in Pacific City and it's a standard vehicle for Volk. One of the Volk's fastest cars. Has a larger star in front than the Popular Saloon and has little spikes in the back corners. This is one of the few vehicles that don't return in Crackdown 2.
