In Crackdown Maxims Arch is the 4th and possibly final Agency Supply Points in The Den it is used like all Agency Supply Points to Travel,Store,and resupply Ammo it is also close to Natalya "White Fox" Gryzunova Volk Sniper Soldiers can be found here sometimes.

In Crackdown 2 the Location is replaced with a different Building which seems to be a Store.
