The lowrider is a Los Muertos vehicle which is common around the area near the keep's tunnel. If you break the trunk door open you can see two large speakers in it. Lowriders may also be found at the entrance of the locations of most Los Muertos generals. Like most gang vehicles, up to 2 Los Muertos members will patrol their territory in this car.
