The Number 1 is a building located close to the La Mugre Pacific City Bank. The building also has the Bank bridge conected to it. Los Muertos Soldiers sometimes use that bridge or building to murder. Carrying weapons like: Ingalls X80 SMGs or Ingalls MG-60s.
