The Tow Truck is a vehicle used by the civilians in Crackdown and the Cell in Crackdown 2. Like all the other cell vehicles, it has makeshift armour. The winch has been stripped off, so it is unknown why it is still called the Tow Truck in the second game.

- It is possible the reason why it is called a Tow Truck is because it is modelled after the one in Crackdown used by the Los Muertos.
- A player can get on where the winch used to be as a way to have mobile cover and a way to gun down enemies.
- It is based on a GMC Top Kick.
