Vincente Villareal was a character originally planned to have a major Antagonist role as the new Kingpin of the Los Muertos in Crackdown 3. But due to significant changes during the game's development, The Los Muertos along with other Factions from the first game like Shai-Gen. Were ultimately replaced by TerraNova Incorporated instead.
Biography[]
Not much was known about Vincent's past, or how he got to the position he's in. But the Agency Director briefly mentions that he has "Done very well", implying that Vincent could've been the successor or main boss behind the Cartel.
