The Watson HE99 "Hothead" is a rocket launcher in Crackdown, commonly used by the Volk. It holds ten rockets with one in its clip. Although it is not a homing rocket launcher it has a deadly effect against anything that might stand in your way. As with Los Muertos, the Volk favor heavy machine guns, but they are also big fans of grenade and rocket launchers, which deliver their explosive charge more accurately, more quickly, and at a greater distance than hand-thrown grenades it also has a scope but not as good as a Sniper Rifles.
